Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and evidence-based treatment for children and adolescents in various clinical settings.
- Develop, implement, and manage individualized patient care plans, including medication management and therapeutic interventions.
- Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team, including pediatricians, psychologists, social workers, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
- Engage with patients' families and caregivers to provide education, support, and guidance.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation within the electronic health record (EHR) system.
- Participate in team meetings, case conferences, and quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care.
Qualifications
- M.D. or D.O. degree from a recognized medical or osteopathic school.
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry.
- Must have or be eligible to obtain an unrestricted New Jersey Medical License, CDS, and DEA registration.
- Demonstrated commitment to outstanding, patient-centered care.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Compensation
Minimum Starting Base Salary: $259,252

Geographic Location: Cost of living and market rates for the specific location.
Internal Equity: Compensation is determined in a manner consistent with compensation ranges for similar roles within the organization.
Budget and Grant Funding: Departmental budgets and any grant funding associated with the job position may impact the pay that can be offered.
Some jobs may also be eligible for performance-based incentives, bonuses, or commissions not reflected in the starting rate. Certain positions may also be eligible for shift differentials for work performed on evening, night, or weekend shifts.
