The Digital Technology Services (DTS) Lead Analytics Translator is involved in leading 1-2 cross-functional teams to deliver user-centric analytics products to deliver business impact. Core member of the Analytics agile squads with end-to-end responsibility for decisions and outcomes related to one or more use cases, with a mission to shape and implement products that transform how analytics is used across the Hackensack Meridian Health (HMH) network. Play an important role maintaining relationships with the business units and leading agile teams to develop solutions to address meaningful business problems and opportunities, ensuring both creativity and relevance.
Responsibilities
A day in the life of a Digital Technology Services (DTS) Lead Analytics Translator at Hackensack Meridian Health includes:
- Own the creation and prioritization of the product backlog for 1-2 end-to-end analytics products / agile squads.
- Lead cross-functional product teams through the process of clarifying requirements and delivery expectations with business stakeholders.
- Help product teams deliver products that deliver rapid and regular business value for the client.
- Determine deployment strategy for products, partnering with colleagues on vital training and change management.
- Maintain relationships with internal or external customers.
- Track product specific KPIs once a solution enters production to measure value and communicate regular tracking to stakeholders.
- Translate user needs into user stories and acceptance criteria for their agile squad; maintain a backlog 3 to 4 sprints ahead of the team.
- Facilitates release planning with stakeholders as well as weekly demos.
- Exercise a strong decision making mandate across the team as a proxy to senior product team member(s).
- Other duties and/or projects as assigned.

Qualifications
Education, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:
- Bachelor's degree.
- Minimum of 4-7 years of strong experience in product development (business strategy or IT).
- Knowledge of analytical tools.
- Familiarity with agile ceremony facilitation.
- KPI creation and management experience.
- Experience in a healthcare setting and knowledge of healthcare provider ecosystem.
- Ability to translate business requirements to technical.
- Data analytics experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to think critically, prioritize, and build relationships across teams and levels in the organization.
- Ability to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with the agile work process.
- A desire to learn and intellectually curious, with big-picture and detail-oriented thinking.
- Proficient computer skills including but not limited to Microsoft Office and Google Suite platforms.
Education, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Preferred:
- Background that comprises both healthcare provider knowledge as well as expert understanding of high-quality analytics product delivery.

Compensation
Starting at $153,732.80 Annually
HMH is committed to pay equity and transparency for our team members. The posted rate of pay in this job posting is a reasonable good faith estimate of the minimum base pay for this role at the time of posting in accordance with the New Jersey Pay Transparency Act and does not reflect the full value of our market-competitive total rewards package.

- Internal Equity: Compensation is determined in a manner consistent with compensation ranges for similar roles within the organization.
- Budget and Grant Funding: Departmental budgets and any grant funding associated with the job position may impact the pay that can be offered.
Some jobs may also be eligible for performance-based incentives, bonuses, or commissions not reflected in the starting rate. Certain positions may also be eligible for shift differentials for work performed on evening, night, or weekend shifts.
In addition to our compensation for full-time and part-time (20+ hours/week) job positions, HMH offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, vision, paid leave, tuition reimbursement, and retirement benefits.
