The Unit Based Pharmacist is a patient-centered, unit-based model of care that integrates pharmacists with responsibility for both the clinical and the distributive activities of the pharmacy department. Pharmacists are actively engaged in medication management in coordination with physicians and the interdisciplinary team and exhibit a high degree of ownership and accountability for the medication-use process.

**This is a Unit Based Pharmacist position specific to Emergency Department, critical care.

**PGY1 Required

**PGY 2(Emergency Medicine) Preferred
