Responsible for the management of all internal and external referral resources for the organization, facility and physician offices, as well as business opportunity growth, client relationship and account management.  Responsible for the management of all aspects of on-site facility intake coordination, including scheduling and staffing, assuring quality of care, and growth consistent with regulatory, compliance and agency policy.  Responsible for the initiation, maintenance and building of relationships with hospitals, acute care and sub-acute care rehabilitation facilities, and physician offices in order to facilitate coordination of services provided by the organization.  Responsible for identification and response to community needs and organization business development initiatives.  Assume leadership responsibility for all staff servicing and working on site at referral sources to assure customer service, revenue, business growth and financial solvency.



  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Six (6) to Eight (8) Years Healthcare Experience
  • Two (2) to Three (3) Years Management Experience
  • Proficient Microsoft Office Suite\
  • Proven Ability to Drive Sales
