TELEPHONE OPERATOR
Overview

Hours are Monday - Friday 11am - 7:30pm
Responsibilities
Answers phone calls, answering questions, routing and directing calls as appropriate. Operates paging line and code phone
ANSWERS PHONES, DIRECT CALLS, OCCASSIONAL FRONT DESK, OTHER DUTIES AS ASSIGNED
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required, previous PBX experience preferred, 1 year excellent customer service experience required.
