Project Lead, HVH
The HVH Project Lead is a Registered Nurse responsible for defining, planning, tracking and managing HVH initiatives within Hackensack Meridian affiliated hospitals. The position effectively coordinates the resources required for meeting project objectives. The HVH Project Lead will assist the Heart and Vascular Hospital with key operational program needs and development with coordination and collaboration. Reporting directly to the Manager, HVH Clinical Operations and working collaboratively with HVH leadership this role will ensure priority programs advance in a timely manner.
1. Prepare project plans. 2. Monitor and communicate progress of initiatives. 3. Provide daily, weekly, monthly project status updates as indicated. 4. Establish priorities among project activities. 5. Prepare reports including case reviews. 6. Work collaboratively to communicate strategies for projects. 7. Contribute to data governance and cost analysis initiatives. 7. Ability to work collaboratively in complex multi-disciplinary environment.
Education, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required: 1. Bachelor's Degree in Nursing. 2. 5 years clinical cardiovascular nursing experience. 3. Ability to work with a multi-disciplinary team. 4. Ability to motivate. 5. Microsoft Word and Excel experience. 6. Excellent communication skills. 7. Knowledge of team making management practices. 8. Knowledge of Nursing principles, practices, and techniques. 9. Strong computer skills, Excel proficient. 10. Skill in both verbal and written communication. Education, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Preferred: 1. Microsoft applications: Excel, Word and PowerPoint. 2. Statistical experience. Licenses and Certifications Required: 1.
