Overview

Develops and executes the organizational effectiveness, talent management, performance management, and strategies and projects in alignment with the Vice President, Talent Development & Organizational Effectiveness. Establishes OE goals and interventions based on business objectives; delivers customized OE solutions based on best practices and establishes consistent framework, tools, and resources. Partners with Vice President, Talent Development & Organizational Effectiveness to support assessment, design, implementation, and evaluation of OE solutions. In partnership with the HR Business Partners, facilitates targeted team performance improvement interventions and utilizes quality tools driving organizational and business unit specific improvements; works with new and existing teams to improve team effectiveness and accelerate high performing team development.  Acts as a faculty member for Hackensack Meridian's internal university. Creates and maintains an organizational effectiveness dashboard.

Responsibilities

  1. Develops and executes the organizational effectiveness, talent management, and performance management, strategies and projects.
  2. Establishes OE goals and interventions based on business objectives in partnership with Vice President, Talent Development & Organizational Effectiveness.
  3. Delivers customized OE solutions based on best practices of OE team and establishes consistent framework, tools, and resources.
  4. Coaches and guides leaders at all levels to execute on the OE/HR initiatives
  5. Partners with Vice President, Talent Development & Organizational Effectiveness to support assessment, design, implementation, and evaluation of OE solutions.
  6. Drive organizational and business unit improvements.
  7. Creates and maintains an organizational effectiveness metrics dashboard.

 

Qualifications

  1. Bachelor’s level degree or equivalent.
  2. Five years of experience in Organizational Effectiveness/Human Resources.
  3. Expertise in OE approaches and solutions.
  4. Strong consulting skills to uncover business needs, make recommendations, and develop solutions.
