- Interacts with customers in a courteous and compassionate manner
- Answers telephone according to standard operating procedures and policies.
- Enters data in the computer system and obtains missing information.
- Ensures customers are given complete and accurate information. The information is communicated to the customer in a clear and concise manner. Questions are answered or directed to the appropriate source.
- High School Diploma required.
- Proficient in written and spoken English language.
- Knowledge of Durable Medical Equipment is preferred.
- Medical Billing/Coding preferred.
