The position entails working effectively with a variety of areas including administration, nursing, physicians, management, and vendor consultants in the development and the implementation of emergency department module. The candidate must understand the objectives for implementing a clinical system and have the ability to recognize opportunities for process redesign in order to maximize the benefits of the implementation.  The Systems Analyst is expected to offer a mix of skills from operational, technical, and leadership backgrounds and is the backbone of the project team. This role is required to have Epic certification and work with end-users to deliver a product that meets strategic, organizational, and departmental goals. The Systems Analyst is involved with making build decisions that affect the broader project at the application level and must work closely with their counterparts from other applications.


Facilitates broader Team discussions to foster collaboration and Advanced problem resolution Facilitates and actively engages with application analysts, operational departments, and vendors to determine requirements and to design solutions.


Bachelor's degree preferably in Information Technology/Math/Computer Science, Clinical Informatics OR Nursing Degree/Technical Certification and equivalent Radiology department experience.  Minimum of 3 years of experience in an Information Technology environment.
